JAG Retail Property Holdings, Inc (dba JAG Retail), is a commercial real estate investment and development firm. We focus on the acquisition and repositioning of retail and restaurant assets within major metro markets throughout the country, from Boston to Los Angeles. We specialize in uncovering opportunities, and use our expertise for immediate value creation. JAG has acquired and repositioned assets from both private and public companies, as well as worked with retailers on targeted market growth via our single-tenant development model.
JAG was founded in 2016, and our persistence, diligence, and consistent performance continues to help us achieve our goals and the objectives of our capital partners.
Founder & President
Joshua Guthartz
Joshua Guthartz is the Founder & President of JAG Retail Property Holdings Inc.
Prior to forming JAG, Joshua spent three and half years as a Principal with Seagrove LA, which is a Los Angeles based retail development company. Joshua focused on acquisitions & leasing throughout Southern CA. Prior to joining Seagrove, Joshua spent eight years combined working for Regency Centers in Los Angeles and Acadia Realty Trust in New York, both are nationwide shopping center owners and developers.
Joshua has a Masters in Real Estate Finance & Investments from New York University, and a Bachelors Degree in Business from Syracuse University. Joshua is an active member of ICSC, ULI and ACRE.
Joshua resides in Boston, MA with his wife & two children.
